Adult Swim Renews Rick and Morty Through Season 12 🛸🧪

Fans of Rick and Morty can rejoice—Adult Swim has greenlit two additional seasons, ensuring the hit animated comedy will run through Season 12. The announcement was made at New York Comic Con, where executive producers Dan Harmon and Scott Marder confirmed the news. This means the show, already renewed until Season 10, will now continue until 2029.

Adult Swim said, via statement:

“From Season One, Rick and Morty set a new standard in adult animation and has shown no signs of stoppin. Dan, Scott and the rest of the immensely talented team behind Rick and Morty are constantly outdoing themselves and I’ll be joining the millions of fans around the world in looking forward to more adventures in the years to come.”

Series creator Dan Harmon added, “Nobody wants a universe without Rick and Morty. Fortunately, the list of places to go remains infinite.”

Rick and Morty Season 8 is slated to premiere in 2025.
