Taylor Tomlinson has been named host of CBS' new late night series, After Midnight.

A critically acclaimed comedian, Tomlinson is known for her Netflix comedy specials "Look at You" and "Quarter Life Crisis." She continues to sell out shows across the country and worldwide for her recent "Have It All Tour," including four nights at Boston's Boch Center Wang Theater, which tied for the most sold-out comedy shows in one run at the venue.

After Midnight, inspired by Comedy Central's Emmy Award-winning series "@midnight," is the smartest show on television about the dumbest things on the internet. With celebrated comedian Taylor Tomlinson at the helm and a panel of guests from the worlds of entertainment, comedy, music and beyond, After Midnight is a late-night comedy series about what set the internet abuzz that day with a game show feel. Upcoming guests will be announced at a later date.

CBS chief Amy Reisenbach commented on the renewal:
