About The Curse of Oak Island TV Series

In the epic 12th season of The HISTORY Channel's hit series "The Curse of Oak Island," Michigan born brothers Rick and Marty Lagina are back, alongside their talented team, and closer than ever to solving the 229-year-old treasure mystery. Using cutting edge technology, the team pinpoints evidence of a large source of precious metals deep within the Money Pit area, and executes a core-drilling operation to zero in on the legendary valuables already discovered during large-scale excavations. Additionally, new discoveries will shed light on the treasure mystery and new secrets will be revealed, corroborating the team's suspicion that Oak Island has been visited numerous times by medieval European cultures and may contain multiple treasures.     • Very disappointed in the History Channel if they choose to not continue their support of Oak Island! This is history as well as a hunt for gold and silver! They have turned up enough history that if gold and silver were never found the history channel should follow and support just for that. If the history channel feels they are not making enough money from Oak Island then they need to revisit why they are even here! Really?

  2. Hey this would be very sad if the History channel does not renew this hunt! They have a job unfinished to my understanding. They have uncovered enough evidence that something worth finding is still left uncovered. This is as much a history lesson as a treasure hunt for gold and silver. Can anyone find evidence of any falsehoods in what they have found? If so no one has proven anything not to be factual, a little bit of drama along the way, but it is still a TV show. The crews and Brotherhood have done a fantastic job of research and hard work. If the history channel thinks they are not making enough money on the show, they need to rethink why they are even on TV!

  4. This type of History is extremely important to correct the misconceptions regarding the American Experience, European Influence, who really visited the north American Continent First and so much more. Our children are not being given the full and correct picture.
